Welcome to Windkiss Cavalier King Charles Spaniels!

 

I am a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel breeder since 2008. We are  located just outside of NW Chicago. 
I have been showing and breeding dogs since 1982. First, English Cocker Spaniels and Polish Lowland Sheepdogs, later Shiba Inu, and finally Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.
I am a hobby breeder and my dogs live with us at home and are our pets first and then show dogs.
They lounge on our couches, sleep in a bed, go for daily walks and play in our backyard.

Our dogs are heart and eyes cleared yearly by board certified specialists. Their knees and hips are checked by a licensed veterinarian and certified by OFA.
They are also DNA tested and cleared of dry eye, curly coat, episodic falling syndromes, MCADD and MRI tested for Syringomyelia.

All of my dogs are registered with AKC and CKCSC USA.

I am a member of several breed clubs: ACKCSC (AKC National Parent Club), CKCSC USA, Cavaliers of the Midwest and CKCSC of Greater Chicago.  I am presently serving as Vice President of CKCS Club of Greater Chicago. I am also serving  on its Health Committee.  

I actively show my dogs in AKC dogs shows. I have 1-2 litters per year, only when I want to keep my next show prospect.
My puppies are born and raised at home with lots of love and attention, very well socialized with people, kids, dogs and a cat.
All my litters are very carefully planned after meticulous research of pedigrees and health history .
